how to enter

Entries will be accepted until Tuesday at 5pm EST the week of the event. Late entries will be accepted on an individual basis at the discretion of the Entry Clerk. Entries will officially close Wednesday 5pm EST prior to the event.

In order for your cat to be scored it must be registered via our services website. Click here to register your cat with LCWW, in a new window. Scroll to the bottom of this page for additional information or you can email us if you need further assistance.


$25 operational fee required per cat (fee waived for lifetime friends)

additional BENCHING space

As part of your entry you will receive a standard 4 feet x 2 feet benching space per two cats. We provide tables and chairs but you will need a sturdi or similar show tent for your benching area.

Please note you must choose this option if you are bringing any cats outside of the competiton into the building. You must have at least one cat entry in the show to choose this option.

PLEASE NOTE: ‘BEST IN SHOW’ IS A FEATURE OF OUR EVENT HOWEVER WE CANNOT ALWAYS GUARANTEE THAT OFFICIAL STANDINGS WILL BE THE SAME UNTIL RESULTS HAVE BEEN VERIFIED BY HQ. THE CORRECT SHOW REPORT WILL BE POSTED FOLLOWING THE EVENT.

  1. Upon entering a show you agree to accept the LCWW rules and terms of conditions where it states all entries are non refundable. In special circumstances you can petition this with the FFAP and we will look at any queries on a case by case basis.

  2. All exhibitors agree to our Code of Conduct.

  3. A detailed email will be sent on the Thursday prior to the show with a link to the online exhibitor catalogue.

  4. You must fill out the cat form when you know which cat(s) you will enter BEFORE the closing date.

  5. Class information: kitten 4- under 6 months, junior 6- under 10 months, adult 10 months+, alter 10+ months, HHPK 4- under 8 months, HHP 8+ months, non-champ 4+ month.
